Many of our products are custom designed/personalized at the time of purchase. Please make your selections carefully as these items are not returnable.

Return and Cancellation Policy

We really hope you love everything your purchase from Baby Laylah Boutique! However we know sometimes things don't work out and need to be returned.

Non Custom designed purchases- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Baby Laylah Boutique within 10 business days of receiving your order. All returns must have prior authorization. You may reach us by email at customercare@babylaylahboutique.com.  Please keep all returns in original packaging, in new condition, and have all manufacturing tags still on them. Once we receive your approved return, we will either refund your credit cardfor the purchase price or ship the item you have selected for exchange. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order, the initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. We recommend returns be made in a traceable, insured manner, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged to our return address.

Liliputians NYC is custom designed and therefore not returnable.

Baby Laylah Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for items that have been advertised incorrectly, have an unusually long backorder, or have been discontinued. If we cancel your order after charging your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged. 

Payments

Baby Laylah Boutique accepts payments by credit card, PayPal, or Google Checkout. You can enter your credit card information directly at the time of checkout. All payments are secure and encrypted via PayPal. Baby Laylah Boutique also offers a second layer of protection via SSL Certificate by GoDaddy.com Transactions on this site are protected with up to 256 bit Secure Socket Layer encryption. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No credit card information is ever sent via email or any other non secure means. Your information is kept private.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Normal processing and shipping time varies between 7-10 days. However most items ship within 2-3 days.  Baby Laylah Boutique also works with other suppliers/manufacturers in the US, so your order may arrive in more than one package. If you have a question about your order shipment, contact us at customercare@babylaylahboutique.com.

Diaper Cakes are shipped via Fed Ex Home and can take anywhere from 2-5 business days depending on locations. Box Dimensions are 18X18X20.

Baby Laylah Boutique is a Wisconsin based company and therefore required

to charge 5.6% to Wisconsin addresses.

No sales tax will be charged to orders shipped outside of Wisconsin.

E-Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

*E-gift certificates are delivered to the e-mail address provided within three business days, pending order verification and credit approval. 

*Treat e-gift certificates like cash. They are not replaceable if the certificate number is lost or stolen.

*E-gift certificates returned because they are undeliverable will be credited to the original tender and the e-gift certificate numbers will be canceled.

*Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable e-mail address.

*Refunds will not be given for unused value.
